This bright IPA borrows its name to give a fresh retelling to a familiar story by keeping things lean, lucid and enlivening. Renaissance use the American hop El Dorado (Flavours of tropical fruit, pineapple, mango. Aromas of pear, watermelon, stone fruit and candy) and an experimental Kiwi hop which has no name yet but is full of punchy tropical fruit flavours. There's a high proportion of wheat and oats in the mash, including Gladfield's ever popular Big O, to keep it light and hazy with a bit of zing.

Locally grown boysenberries, raspberries and blackcurrants are skilfully blended with a delicious apple cider base to create this full-bodied cider. Its bright purpley-red colour and crisp long finish makes it vibrant both in the glass and on the palate.
