Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... brewing up their latest batch for the annual NZIPA challenge at Smith's Craft House in Queenstown. As Kiwi as a bungy jump in Budgie smugglers, their all-star all-NZ IPA is jammed with new season Nelson grown Riwaka, Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops, all nestled on juicy Gladfield malts, harvested from the Canterbury plains. 6.5% ABV.

Originating from East Coast USA, the New England or Hazy IPA style de-emphasizes hop bitterness and showcases hop flavour and aroma reminiscent of tropical fruit juice. Bach Brewing have brewed their first hazy IPA with a juicy combination of Maris Otter; wheat malts, oats, and a truck load of tropical fruit driven hops from NZ, Australia and USA. 6.2% ABV.

Over at Bach they've been on the hops again... dreaming of summer, and the Wit biers of Belgium. Brewed to their own hybrid recipe with Belgian Wit yeast and Hazy IPA malts, and loaded with Superdelic, Nelson Sauvin, Amarillo and Citra hops. 6.2% ABV.

This Sculpin IPA is a great example of what got Behemoth into brewing in the first place. Something Hoppy is an India Pale Ale made with Citra, Azacca, and El Dorado hops that meld over a lovely malt cushion. Sometimes all you need is something hoppy and this is the beer for those times. To be fair, most times are those times.
